Update Email Settings – Step by Step

Microsoft Outlook (Windows / Mac)

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click File → Account Settings → Account Settings.
3. Select your email account and click Change / Edit.
4. Under Server Settings:
   • Incoming (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993, Encryption SSL/TLS
   • Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS), Authentication On
5. Click Next → Finish and restart Outlook.

iPhone / iPad Mail

1. Open Settings → Mail → Accounts → Your Email.
2. Tap Account → Advanced.
3. Set Incoming Server Port: 993 (IMAP), SSL On
4. Go back → Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) → Primary Server
5. Set Port 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS), Authentication Password, SSL On
6. Save changes.

Android (Gmail / Samsung Email App)

1. Open Gmail App → Settings → Your Account → Manage Account → Server Settings
2. Incoming (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993, SSL On
3. Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS), Authentication Required
4. Save settings and test sending/receiving.
